The face to face training with Sam is WAY more valuable then just learning to run the Deal Analyzer from the online tutorial!! Wisdom will lead you to sit down with the designer of a program you're using when the opportunity is presented to do so. I now understand the reason for ALL the numbers in the analysis, plus I now have more insight into which comps to use to establish an accurate ARV - which, after you find a potential deal, is issue NUMBER ONE. Knowing the two types of obsolescence and what you can do about them (or not) is also invaluable. Finally, even with all the demands Sam has on his time I've found him to be very accessible. We're working on a couple deals and I expect to update with a "Success" Testimonial in the near future!
