Most homes are sold on the MLS and real estate agents use the Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) to help you make an official offer. This form is 10 pages long and filled with a lot of legal mumbo jumbo. Unfortunately, even most agents don’t know that contract (or the many necessary disclosures), let alone a typical homebuyer.
