Leadership these days is confused by politics and politicians. Worse than this, most people seem to feel that if they are not a politician they must be, and can only be, a follower. Yes, of course, there are business leaders, religious leaders, etc., but with the help of the media and our education system most of us have been indoctrinated into thinking that normal people like us cannot be leaders in any way, shape, or form.[googmonify]4494413162:right:250:250[/googmonify]
In fact, most people seem to have accepted the inevitability of a subservient role in society and stand by while decisions are made for them by the politicians. Many of these decisions directly or indirectly affect our financial future and yet we sit back allow it as though it were our only possible fate.
Whether or not we take political action, I believe that as individuals we need to fight against the numbing affects of the bureaucracy and take back control over our cash flow. We must develop inner awareness and make the conscious decision to be the Captain of our own ship. Let us lead ourselves, and any that follow, confidently toward success. Let's challenge ourselves to be leaders of our own lives.
What I’m talking about here is to using discretion, responsibility, choice, inspiration, involvement, self reliance, trust in yourself, and faith in the higher power. Also important is education and the ability to take action, and this is precisely what we are committed to providing at NCREI.
So get educated and learn how to protect your financial security. Don’t leave your future in the hands of those who are only concerned with getting elected and reelected. Our social security is in jeopardy, our national deficit is booming, the gas prices are going higher and will stay that way. What are you doing to help yourself to help your family? How are you going to deal with the sky rocketing cost of living?
I would like to suggest that success is a matter of personal choice and not outside chance because no one else will do it for you. Come and get educated about how to make money in real estate, save money on mortgages, acquire real estate in smart ways with little or no money out of your pocket, etc. Don’t leave your financial security in the hands of those whose goals are not aligned with yours. Be your own person, make up your own mind and lead yourself to the top of success ladder. All the knowledge and help that you want is here. You need only to decide and act today.
