Learn more, network well and act with purpose!

Our February meeting was a smashing success. More than 175 pairs of inquiring eyes and attentive ears hung on every word and picture being presented at the meeting. We have experienced exponential growth since August 2006, as our average attendance has more than doubled and our NCREI membership has grown by leaps and bounds. I’ve also noticed a tremendous surge in energy as well as a renewed hope in our affordable education system. Our new investment division, Select Capital Group, has now over 100 members and the buying power of over $20 million. Our goal is to have over 1000 members and the buying power of well over $250 million in two years! This means developers will comply with our investors’ needs and give them exactly what they ask for, more bang for the buck![googmonify]4494413162:right:250:250[/googmonify]

“The Year of Action” theme we adopted at the outset of this year has been warmly embraced as our members have taken the message to heart and participated in our out of state projects with vigor and anticipation. We have many more exciting investment opportunities under research and due diligence for the near future. In the midst of all this activity, one thing that is not lost on me is the value of education and my personal commitment to make it available to all. I’m working on various educational CDs and booklets that will give you the knowledge you want at a fraction of what others charge you for the same thing. I want you to save your money for the actual investing instead of just impulsive buying of overpriced and often outdated materials.

If you are looking to learn more, network well and act with purpose, come to our next meeting on March 27th 2007. See for yourself why we are considered one of the best networking and educational venues in Southern California.

I believe that your success in real estate is predicated upon harmonizing your thoughts, words and actions. If there is even one element missing from this trio, your goal of financial freedom will remain elusive. One thing is for certain: without action everything remains but a phantom. Education is valuable but it’ll only give you potential power. The true power resides in your ability to implement your education and manifest results.

In our culture where addiction to information plays well into the hands of gurus who sell their high ticket items, I’d like to propose a more empowering approach – stop for minute and consider your alternatives. Gain some essential information at affordable prices and then act upon that knowledge. It’s better to have acted and “failed” and not having acted at all. Ultimately, when all is said and done, we will only regret the “risks” we didn’t take. Remember that we live in a universe that responds to our actions more than any other single element. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.

Best Regards,
Sam Sadat
