Leadership these days is confused by politics and politicians. Worse than this, most people seem to feel that if they are not a politician they must be, and can only be, a follower. Yes, of course, there are business leaders, religious leaders, etc., but with the help of the media and our education system most of us have been indoctrinated into thinking that normal people like us cannot be leaders in any way, shape, or form.

Our real estate club is very unique in that we educate our members about “the why” as well as “the how” of success. Everyday, we get bombarded with information or “the how” to do this and that but rarely do we get any sort of real inspiration or motivation to help us take action in the direction of our dreams.
