How to Maintain and Improve Your Energy Level
The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results.
Energy is available power. We get energy from various sources and lose it in variety of ways everyday. One way you lose your energy is by sharing your goals with people who immediately tell you how they cannot be done. I know it’s hard not to share your excitement with friends and loved ones but remember you do this at your own peril.
If you love them you can simply wait until you manifest your plans and show them the results. The sad thing is that these people are often a member of your family. And don’t you think for one minute that everyone out there is happy about your success. You’ve heard of the expression “misery likes company” which is why many people would do anything to stop you from achieving success. Sharing your dream and success goals with these types of people is one sure way of sapping your power and leaving you totally energy depleted.
The other way of losing your energy is by spending time with naysayers and dream stealers at work or parties or through the media. Refrain from allowing your mind to get infected by these people whose main job is spreading doom and gloom. Simply stated, if you are not a part of solution then you’re contributing to the problem. For some people, everything is a problem and there’s no such thing as hope or aspirations. My suggestion is to avoid these people at parties and networking venues. If you step into an energizing conversation you be sure to stick around because it will recharge your power cells. On the other hand, if you step into one that oozes with negativity, get out fast! At work, choose only those who have a positive outlook on life and its process. As for the media, avoid the news all together and watch only what educates and inspires you. It’s enough to know that we have a world filled with all types of insanity. But we don’t really need to see graphic pictures of mutilated bodies, rape, arson, etc. But you know there is a paradox in life. At the same time there’s chaos, all is well. This is what I mean by trusting the process of life and knowing that we’re all protected.
So, plan your success, keep it a secret while you work on it everyday and allow the Universe to deliver it on a silver platter!
