Trained as a real estate litigation attorney, Lloyd Segal is an author, real estate investor, educator, public speaker, and President of the Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club. Now located in Santa Monica, California, Mr. Segal was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He graduated Boston University, Boston University School of Law, Southwestern University School of Law School (where he was the President of the Student Bar Association), and studied International Law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria.
Digvijay "Sunny" Singh is an entrepreneur and investor based in Los Angeles. Sunny started his investment journey as an electrical engineer during his Ph.D. at UCLA in 2013. Since then, he has been part of the creation and sale of two technology startups in the IT and medical devices fields. He is now a full-time investor overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of properties in Southern California. He is also the incoming president for Tech Coast Angels in Los Angeles, which is the largest Angel investor group in the world having invested well over $200M in startups since the turn of the millennium.
Over the past 28 years, Sam Sadat has been involved in more than 2,000 real estate transactions as a principal, partner, lender or broker. During this time, he's helped thousands of aspiring investors learn the real estate business the right way and apply their knowledge confidently to prosper greatly.
