It’s important to see the distinctions among them, for if you try to put them together you will lose clarity. At first it may appear that they are all happening at the same time, but this is not the case. If your awareness is high, you will see where one starts and the other takes over.
Awareness of your thoughts will make you truly free.
Your thoughts should not control you. Thoughts are things and you can create them or avoid them consciously. If you can learn to monitor and control your thinking, you can create that which you want to manifest in your daily lives. Increasing your awareness of your own thoughts will allow you to have that which you desire.

Leadership these days is confused by politics and politicians. Worse than this, most people seem to feel that if they are not a politician they must be, and can only be, a follower. Yes, of course, there are business leaders, religious leaders, etc., but with the help of the media and our education system most of us have been indoctrinated into thinking that normal people like us cannot be leaders in any way, shape, or form.

What a great source of liberation to know that no one can upset us, that nothing out there can make us feel miserable, that we can control how we feel by how we decide to process things, events, and other people, and their opinions.
