Networking could be done the old fashioned way, which is the best, or through social media. Successful networkers in any field reap massive rewards.
Education, Connection & Action: The Keys to Success in Real Estate.
There are three components to our success philosophy at the National Club of Real Estate Investors (NCREI). Some of you who attend our monthly meetings know more about it because we often take time discussing them. But for many others who may wonder about our trinity of Education, Connection and Action, I thought this would be a good time to illuminate.

Our February meeting was a smashing success. More than 175 pairs of inquiring eyes and attentive ears hung on every word and picture being presented at the meeting. We have experienced exponential growth since August 2006, as our average attendance has more than doubled and our NCREI membership has grown by leaps and bounds. I’ve also noticed a tremendous surge in energy as well as a renewed hope in our affordable education system. Our new investment division, Select Capital Group, has now over 100 members and the buying power of over $20 million. Our goal is to have over 1000 members and the buying power of well over $250 million in two years! This means developers will comply with our investors’ needs and give them exactly what they ask for, more bang for the buck!
