The progressive realization of a dream or worthy ideal...

“Success is not doing extraordinary things. Success is doing the ordinary things extraordinarily well.” Author Unknown

What is the secret of success? Well, it depends on how you define success. Success in our society generally determined by how much money you have in your bank account, and what your annual income is. However, the best definition of success I’ve read is “the progressive realization of a dream or worthy ideal.”[googmonify]4494413162:right:250:250[/googmonify]

In this context, it doesn’t matter how much money you have or make, what is important is that you have a worthy goal and that you’re making consistent progress toward achieving it. Successful people, as we have defined it here, do have a bright outlook on life, use positive words to describe their thoughts and feelings, and their actions are consistent.

The most important virtue of successful people, however, is the congruency or harmony between their thoughts, words and actions. In other words, they are not wishy-washy. A successful person says what she thinks and does what she says. There is no conflict in her life and therefore there is no counter production.

By contrast, the unsuccessful, like many of our politicians, think one thought utter different words and act on something else! This lack of harmony will undoubtedly result is low self esteem, anxiety and ultimate failure.

My suggestion to you is to become aware of your thoughts and be sure not to contradict them in words or actions. Only in this way will you be able to realize your full potential and succeed at whatever it is you want in your life.

Best Regards,
